Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black tahini
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the black tahini, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
