How To Make Baby Chocolate Chip Cookies
Learn to make bite-sized chocolate chip cookies with this simple recipe. It even gives you an option to infuse half a batch with some matcha powder.

Ingredients
- 1cupall purpose flour
- ¼cupgranulated white sugar
- ¼cupbrown sugar
- 1egg
- ⅓cupoil
- 1tspvanilla extract
- ¼tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
- milk,if needed
- ¾tspmatcha powder,optional
- chocolate chip
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F.

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Then, sift in the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Add a few tablespoons of milk at a time to thin the batter if needed; the batter should be loose and smooth, similar to cake batter.

If making matcha cookies too, divide the batter equally into 2 bowls and incorporate the matcha powder into one of the bowls.

Using a spoon, drop the batter onto a greased tray to form individual cookies. Gently press 2 to 3 chocolate chips onto the top of each cookie.

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges; let cool.
