How To Make Almond No-Bake Cookies
Kick your classic no-bake cookies up a notch by adding almonds to them! Not only does it give a nice crunch but also leaves a rich flavor in your mouth.

Ingredients
- ½cupunsalted butter
- 2cupsgranulated sugar
- ⅔cupmilk
- ¼cupcocoa powder
- ½cupalmond butter
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 3cupsquick cooking oats
- ¾cupsalted almonds,toasted, chopped
- ½cuptoffee bits
Instructions

In a large saucepan combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.

Bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Stir in almond butter, vanilla, and quick oats until well combined. Fold in chopped almonds and toffee bits.

Place cookies by the spoonful onto parchment or wax paper. Let cool.
