How To Make White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), pureed
- Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the berry puree over the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife to gently swirl the berry puree into the cream cheese mixture to create a marbled effect.

Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and berry puree.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully chilled and set.

Before serving, garnish with fresh berries.
