Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 250g cream cheese
- 150g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 150ml heavy cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.

Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the heavy cream until fully incorporated.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
