Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add coconut milk and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.

Sprinkle crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and macadamia nuts on top.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
