- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Graham cracker crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the graham cracker crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Beat the mixture until smooth and well combined.
