How To Make Spooky Halloween Marshmallow Cheesecake

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- Orange food coloring
- Halloween-themed decorations (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Mix marshmallow creme with a few drops of orange food coloring and dollop over the cream cheese mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.

Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the marshmallow layer and smooth the top.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.

Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Decorate with Halloween-themed decorations, if desired, and serve chilled. Optional: Serve with whipped cream.
