How To Make Orange & Pomegranate Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix well.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top.

Bake for 1 hour or until set. The center should still jiggle slightly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, sprinkle the top with fresh pomegranate seeds.
