How To Make Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- 200g of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder together until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture evenly among the paper liners, filling about 3/4 full.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers on top of each cheesecake.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until set in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
