How To Make Chocolate Turtles Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cheesecake batter. Swirl it gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Sprinkle the chopped pecans and chocolate chips over the top.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.

Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
