Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300g cream cheese
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml heavy cream
Instructions

Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased cake tin.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add melted dark chocolate, sugar, eggs, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the cream cheese mixture onto the biscuit base and spread it evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 1 hour.

Once baked, let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Spread it over the chilled cheesecake.
