How To Make Chocolate Cheesecake Parfait
Enjoy a rich and creamy serving of this cheesecake parfait, layered with a sweet chocolate pudding and crunchy cookies for a sweeter treat!

Ingredients
For Chocolate Layer:
- ⅔cupsugar
- ⅓cupcocoa
- 3tbspcornstarch
- pinchsalt
- 2¼cupsmilk
- 1tbspbutter
For Cheesecake Layer:
- 1½cupsheavy cream,(whipping cream), cold
- ½cuppowdered sugar
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
Others:
- 1packageoreo cookies
- whipped cream,or whipped topping
- cherries
Instructions

Place the cookies into a zippered bag, then slightly crush using a rolling pin. They need to be broken up but not completely crushed.

Remove 2 tablespoons of crumbs to set aside for garnish.
Chocolate Layer:

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt, mix well. Add in the cold milk, then stir until combined.

Turn the heat onto medium high, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.

Allow to boil for 1 minute while stirring, remove from heat, then stir in the butter. Cool completely, stirring occasionally to avoid a skin forming.
Cheesecake Layer:

With an electric mixer, mix the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the softened cream cheese until mixed.
To Assemble:

Layer the chocolate layer, the crushed cookies, then the cheesecake layer in a small mason jar.

Top with whipped cream and cherries, serve, and enjoy!
