- 4 egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the lower third of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly, sealing the edge with water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle the egg rolls with graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy!
