- 1 ½ cups of granulated sugar
- ½ cup of unsalted butter
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- ¼ cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, heavy cream, and milk.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a temperature of 235°F (soft-ball stage).

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Beat the mixture vigorously with a wooden spoon for about 5 minutes until it thickens and becomes creamy.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Let it cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or until set.
