Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 150g unsalted butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 50g raisins
- 50g chopped nuts (optional)
- Mini chocolate eggs (for decoration)
Instructions

Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, dark chocolate, and golden syrup together over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the crushed biscuits, raisins, and nuts (if using) until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf tin or any desired cake tin, pressing down firmly and smoothing the top.

Decorate the top with mini chocolate eggs, pressing them slightly into the mixture.

Place the tin in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until set.

Once set, remove from the fridge, slice, and serve cold.
