How To Make Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake
There’s a lot to love about this red velvet cheesecake. Top of the list would be the surprise cream cheese layer in the middle of the soft and moist cake.

- 1boxRed Velvet Cake Mix,including box ingredients, oil, eggs, water
- 1egg white
- 8ozcream cheese
- ½cupsugar
- 6ozcream cheese
- ½cupbutter,softened
- 2½cupspowdered sugar
- 1tspvanilla
- 2tbspmilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Make Red Velvet Cake Mix as directed on the back of the box. Set aside.

Mix 8-ounce block of cream cheese, sugar and egg white in a separate bowl until well blended.

Pour half of the red velvet cake mix into a greased 9×13-inch. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over the red velvet cake mix. Swirl all over the batter.

Pour the other half of the cake batter over this cream cheese layer.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Once baked, take out and let cool.

For the frosting, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth.

Spread frosting over cake and enjoy!
