Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pistachio praline, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the chopped pistachio praline.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
