How To Make OREO Mini PHILLY Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- 10 OREO cookies, crushed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a muffin tin with 4 cupcake liners.

In a bowl, combine the crushed OREO cookies and melted butter. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth. Add the egg and continue beating until well combined.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each cupcake liner, on top of the OREO crust.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheesecakes are set and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecakes for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
