- 2 oranges
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

Zest and juice the oranges, set aside.

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the orange zest and vanilla extract.
