- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, instant coffee powder, baking powder, salt, and chopped walnuts.
