- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup lychee juice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canned lychees, drained and chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Stir in the lychee juice.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the chopped lychees.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
