- ½cupwhole wheat flour
- 2tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- 1tspcinnamon
- ⅛tspsalt
- ¼tspginger
- 2eggs
- ½tspvanilla
- ½cupmilk
- ¼cupoil
- ⅔cupsugar
- 2tbsphoney
- 1cupsweet potato puree
- peanut butter,for serving, optional
Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients then the wet ingredients separately.

Pour into a loaf pan

Bake in the oven on 350 degrees F for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
