- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, poppyseeds, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
