- 150g chestnut flour
- 100g crème fraîche
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 150g sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix the chestnut flour, crème fraîche, juice and zest of the lemons, eggs, and sugar until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
