Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 2 oranges
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

Grate the zest from the lemons and oranges. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the lemon and orange zest.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
