Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour
- 125g cold unsalted butter, diced
- 75g caster sugar
- 125ml milk
- 4 tbsp strawberry jam
- 100g white chocolate, chopped
- Icing sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, rub together the flour and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the caster sugar.

Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring until it forms a soft dough.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.

Spread the strawberry jam and sprinkle the white chocolate over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly into a log shape and cut into 4 equal pieces.

Place the pieces into the greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar.
