- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Whipped cream or ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
