Ingredients
- 2 cups of strawberry ice cream
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups of chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup of mixed fruits (such as strawberries, kiwi, and banana), diced
Instructions

Take a loaf pan and line it with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang on the sides.

Soften the strawberry ice cream and spread it evenly into the bottom of the loaf pan.

Place the loaf pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.

Soften the vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly on top of the strawberry ice cream layer.

Place the loaf pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.

Finally, soften the chocolate ice cream and spread it evenly on top of the vanilla ice cream layer.

Sprinkle the diced mixed fruits all over the top of the chocolate ice cream layer.

Cover the loaf pan with the overhanging plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.

Once firm, remove the loaf pan from the freezer and lift the lolly loaf out using the plastic wrap overhang.

Slice the lolly loaf into thick slices and serve immediately.
