- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (canned)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round 8-inch cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the crushed pineapple (including the juice), melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
