- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- Green food coloring
- Dinosaur-shaped cake pan
- Decorating icing and sprinkles (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour the dinosaur-shaped cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Add green food coloring until the desired dinosaur color is achieved.

Pour the batter into the greased and floured cake pan, spreading evenly.
