- 200g chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 250g cream cheese
- 200g condensed milk
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined baking dish.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust, spreading it evenly.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until set.
