Ingredients

  • 200g biscuit crumbs
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Christmas-themed decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs, melted butter, and cocoa powder until well combined.

  2. Press the mixture into a greased round cake tin, shaping it into a wreath.

  3. Place the tin in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling.

  5. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until completely melted and smooth.

  6. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.

  7. Pour the chocolate glaze over the biscuit wreath, spreading it evenly.

  8. If desired, decorate the cake with Christmas-themed decorations.

  9. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.

  10. Once set, remove from the tin and serve.
