- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the diced apples and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, rolled oats, cold butter pieces, and ground cinnamon. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until crumbly.
