How To Make White Chocolate Cranberry Blondies
Treat your tastebuds to soft and chewy treats yielded by this easy blondies recipe! It features dried cranberries and milky white chocolates.

Ingredients
- ½cupsalted butter,(1 stick), melted and cooled slightly
- 1cuplight brown sugar,or dark, packed
- 1large egg
- ½tbspMcCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1cupall purpose flour
- 1cupwhite chocolate chips
- ½cupdried cranberries
- sea salt,optional, for sprinkling on bars
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In large bowl, add the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir until mixed and then add egg and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until completely smooth.

Add the flour and beat until batter is completely smooth and well combined. Stir until the batter pulls away from the bowl; add white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Mix until just combined and do not over mix.

Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes. A toothpick when inserted into the center of the bars should come out mostly clean. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.

Allow blondies to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
