- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 plums, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, molasses, eggs, and vanilla extract.
