Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, granulated sugar, and instant coffee powder. Mix until it forms a crumbly mixture.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the crust.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the pecans, making sure it covers the entire surface.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
