How To Make Coconut Lime Butter Bars
These coconut lime butter bars have layers of deliciousness for luscious sweets! Buttery crust, lime filling, and coconut flakes complete these treats.

For Crust:
- 1cupflour
- ½cupbrown sugar
- ½cupbutter,melted
For Coconut Lime Layer:
- 2large egg yolks
- 14ozsweetened condensed milk,(1 can)
- ¼cupfresh lime juice
- 1lime,zested
- ½cupcoconut,shredded
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy removal. and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Crust:

In a medium-sized bowl, add flour, brown sugar, and melted butter and mix together until incorporated. Press down in the 8×8-inch pan.
Coconut Lime Layer:

In a medium-sized bowl, add egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest of lime. Whisk together until smooth and pour over crust. Top with coconut. Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
