How To Make Bread Pudding II

Ingredients
- 4 cups of bread, torn into small pieces
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix together bread and milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir well.

Pour the melted butter into a baking dish and coat the bottom and sides.

Pour the bread mixture into the baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
