- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (for toppings)
- Condiments of your choice (such as ketchup, mayo, or barbecue sauce)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Tex-Mex seasoning, and salt. Mix well to combine.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
