- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and mix until evenly coated with the mixture. If desired, stir in raisins.
