- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup boiling water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oil and honey.
