- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples and pomegranate seeds.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to combine.
