  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet rice flour and sugar.

  2. Slowly add the water and knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball.

  3. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.

  4. Boil a pot of water and drop the balls into the water.

  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the balls float to the top.

  6. Remove the balls from the water and let them cool.

  7. Thread the balls onto skewers.

  8. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and sugar to make the dipping sauce.

  9. Drizzle the sauce over the dango and serve.
