How To Make Anmitsu Recipe
A tasty Japanese dessert featuring small cubes of agar jelly, sweet azuki bean paste, fruits, and mochi balls served with syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of agar agar powder
- 1 can of azuki beans
- Assorted fruits (mango, kiwi, strawberry)
- 8 mochi balls
- 1/4 cup of canned fruit cocktail
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

Boil water, sugar and agar powder in a pot until dissolved.

Pour into a container and refrigerate until set.

Cut into small cubes.

Serve cubes with azuki beans, fruits, mochi balls, fruit cocktail and syrup.

Garnish with a mint leaf.
