Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.

Add the onion, carrots, potatoes, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Add the curry powder and garam masala. Cook until fragrant.

Pour in the beef broth and tomato puree. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1-2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
