- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup potato starch or cornstarch
- Optional: food coloring or flavoring of your choice (e.g. matcha powder, strawberry extract)
Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water until well combined.

If desired, add a few drops of food coloring or flavoring for extra color or taste.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Remove from the microwave and stir the mixture well to ensure even cooking.

Cover again and microwave for another 2 minutes.

Stir again and microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

Spread a layer of potato starch or cornstarch on a clean surface.
