How To Make Ricotta Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon zest. Mix well until smooth.

Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

Pour the ricotta mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
