How To Make Grilled Salmon Steaks Italian-Style

Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Coat both sides of the salmon steaks with the marinade.

Let the salmon marinate for 10 minutes.

Place the salmon steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
