Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon korma masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Heat ghee in a large pan and sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add tomato puree, korma masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.

Add all the vegetables, paneer, cashews, and raisins. Mix well.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in yogurt and cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
